All prices include VAT. Replacement parts and shipping are charged separately where applicable. Final repair costs are confirmed with the customer before additional work is carried out.

Service Terms & Drop-off

  • Diagnostic and repair services are provided according to our current service prices.
  • During diagnostics or repair, additional faults may be discovered that were not identifiable during the initial inspection.
  • Additional parts or significant additional work will be confirmed with the customer before proceeding.
  • Multirotor OÃœ is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, hidden defects or faults unrelated to the work performed.
  • Repairs, firmware updates or component replacement may reset settings, bindings or stored data. Please back up important configurations and remove SD cards before service.
  • Where necessary, reasonable bench tests, motor tests and test flights may be performed to diagnose faults or verify completed repairs.
  • Equipment may be brought directly to our service location in Pärnu or sent to us by parcel service. Please contact us before sending equipment by parcel locker so we can provide the correct shipping details.
  • When sending equipment, please include your name, phone number, email address and a short description of the fault.

By submitting or bringing equipment to ABC DRONE for diagnostics, repair or maintenance, the customer confirms acceptance of these service terms.
