Right of Withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

To use the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any other way than what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, in the same manner as allowed when testing the goods in a physical store.

If the goods have been used for purposes other than what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if there are signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the decrease in the value of the goods.

To return the goods, the buyer must submit a withdrawal statement and send it to info@abcdrone.eu no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
The statement must include the following details: date of purchase, order number, buyer’s name, and the reason for returning/exchanging the goods or submitting a claim.

The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods, except in cases where the reason for return is that the returned product does not correspond to the ordered one (e.g., wrong or defective item).

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal statement or provide proof that the goods were handed over to the carrier within this period.

Upon receiving the returned goods, the Online Store will refund the buyer without delay, but no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal statement, all payments received under the contract.

The Online Store may refuse to issue a refund until it has received the returned goods or until the buyer has provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund the cost exceeding the standard delivery price.

The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sale and demand the return of the goods if the product price in the Online Store was, due to an error, marked significantly below the market price.

Right to Submit a Claim

The Online Store is responsible for any non-conformity or defect of goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two years from the date of delivery.
During the first six months from delivery, the defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery. It is the Online Store’s responsibility to rebut this presumption.

The buyer must notify the Online Store of a defect within two months of discovering it by sending an email to info@abcdrone.eu

The Online Store is not responsible for defects that occur after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.

If goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods.
If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund all payments received under the sales agreement.

The Online Store will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
