ONLINE STORE TERMS & CONDITIONS

The owner of the online store abcdrone.eu (hereinafter “Online Store”) is Multirotor OÜ (registry code 17533249).

Disclaimer

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. Online Store reserves the right to change prices and conditions without prior notice. In case of obvious errors in pricing or product information (including technical issues or human error), Online Store reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the customer within 10 working days.

Product descriptions and specifications are updated regularly, but inaccuracies may occur. Online Store does not guarantee the full accuracy of product information and recommends confirming details with customer support before purchase if needed.

Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product Information and Prices

These terms and conditions apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.

The prices of products sold in the Online Store are shown next to the products. A delivery fee is added to the price. All prices for goods sold in the Online Store are in euros.

The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer during checkout.

Information about the goods is provided directly next to each item in the Online Store.

Placing an Order

To order goods, add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate delivery method. The total fee will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely via the following payment methods:

Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania: Credit card, Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Revolut, LHV, Coop, Artea, Citadele.
Finland: Credit card, OP, Nordea, Danske, Säästopankki, S-pankki, POP-pankki, Alandsbanken
Other countries: Credit card

NB! When paying via bank link, be sure to click the “Return to merchant” button on the bank page.

Payments are mediated by Montonio Finance OÜ. Payments are made outside the Online Store in a secure environment – for bank link payments, in the secure environment of the respective bank mediated by Montonio Finance, and for credit card payments, in the secure environment of Shopify Payments. The seller has no access to the customer’s bank or credit card information.
The agreement enters into force once the payable amount has been received in the Online Store’s bank account.

The owner of the Online Store is the controller of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for processing payments to the authorized processor Montonio Finance OÜ.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the product running out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notice.

Delivery

Goods are delivered to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden, Poland, Germany, Denmark, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Austria, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Italy, and Spain.

The buyer covers the delivery costs, and the respective price is shown next to the delivery method.

Order processing time
Orders for in-stock items placed before 15:00 (EET) are usually processed and prepared for shipment within 1 working day.
Orders placed after 15:00 are processed starting the next working day.
In some cases, processing may take up to 2 working days.

In exceptional cases, the Online Store has the right to deliver goods within up to 20 business days. This applies to pre-order items arriving to our warehouse or in other exceptional situations.

Right of Withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

To use the 14-day right of return, the goods may not be used in any way other than what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, as allowed in a physical store.

If the goods have been used for purposes beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if there are signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the decrease in the value of the goods.

To return the goods, the buyer must submit a withdrawal statement and send it to info@abcdrone.eu no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
The statement must include: purchase date, order number, buyer’s name, and the reason for return/exchange/complaint.

The buyer covers the cost of returning the goods, except in cases where the reason for return is that the product does not correspond to the ordered item (e.g., wrong or defective product).

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal statement, or provide proof that the goods were handed over to the carrier within that period.

Upon receiving the returned goods, the Online Store will refund all fees received from the buyer under the contract without delay, but no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal statement.

The Online Store may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or the buyer provides proof of having returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund the additional cost.

The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sale and demand the return of the goods if the price of the goods in the Online Store was mistakenly listed significantly below the market price.

Right to Submit a Claim

The Online Store is responsible for any non-conformity or defects of goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time of delivery and become apparent within two years from the date of delivery.
During the first six months, the defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery. It is the Online Store’s responsibility to rebut this presumption.

The buyer must notify the Online Store of any defects within two months of discovering them by emailing info@abcdrone.eu

The Online Store is not responsible for defects that arise after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.

If goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the store will repair or replace the defective goods.
If repair or replacement is not possible, the Online Store will refund all fees received under the sales agreement.

The Online Store will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data

The Online Store uses personal data entered by the buyer only for processing orders and delivering goods. The Online Store forwards personal data to transport service providers for delivering the goods.

The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has expressed their wish by entering their email address on the website and consenting to receiving direct marketing messages.

The buyer can unsubscribe from email offers and newsletters at any time by notifying us via email or by following the instructions in the marketing email.

Warranty and Complaints Period

Products sold by abcdrone.eu (Multirotor OÜ) include a 2-year period for submitting complaints in accordance with European Union consumer protection laws.

If a defect appears within the first 12 months, it is presumed to have existed at the time of purchase unless the seller proves otherwise. After 12 months, the consumer must demonstrate that the defect is due to a manufacturing fault and not caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.

Where applicable, the seller mediates the manufacturer’s warranty. The manufacturer’s warranty entitles the buyer to repair or replacement in accordance with the warranty terms.

Warranty service is handled through the seller and may require the product to be returned to the original dispatch location or designated service center.

The warranty does not apply in cases including, but not limited to:
– Damage due to improper installation, use, or maintenance
– Physical or electrical damage (e.g., drops, overvoltage, short circuit)
– Product modification or use of inappropriate firmware
– Normal wear and tear (e.g., bearings, propellers, battery capacity loss)

If the buyer has complaints regarding the Online Store, they must send them to info@abcdrone.eu

If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve a dispute through agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. Information about the procedure and submitting an application can be found online. The committee is authorized to resolve disputes arising from contracts between the buyer and the Online Store. Reviewing the buyer’s complaint is free of charge.
